Whether a property is a good purchase or not, does not only look only into en bloc potential.

Also, leasehold properties does not mean it is not a good purchase. Similarly, freehold properties may not be a good purchase as well.

Before committing to any purchase, ask yourself what are your objectives. Are you going to rent the property out? How many years are you going to hold this property? Draft a detailed timeline for your investment, and you will have a much clearer picture.
